   * The purchaser acknowledges that failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations could result in legal consequences, and they assume all risks associated with such non-compliance.
6. Compliance with VOC Laws:
   * The purchaser must always check federal, state, and local VOC laws, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance when using products purchased from Touch Up Paint Factory. 
   * It is the purchaser’s responsibility to monitor changes to these laws, rules, and regulations and adjust their practices accordingly.
